"Staff were fantastic. Lovely people and so helpful. Hotel and room was wonderful. We initially had a lower level room with some ‘ventilation issues’. No fuss was made by staff and we were quickly moved to an upper floor which was perfect. The hotel itself was always immaculate. The bar staff were great. The sushi restaurant was a particular highlight. The chefs were exceptional and everything was delicious. The restaurants were great. The staff exceptional and the food and drinks fantastic. A few little things to note. The toiletry products in the room were quite low quality. I expected better shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in what is advertised as 5 star. Silly things like not having real butter at breakfast seemed strange. Sun loungers were fine but probabaly could do with replacing with thicker mats. Overall, I would highly recommend for an All inclusive stay to relax and indulge."
