"The hotel could do with a upgrade, the shower was poor and the rooms were very hot. I know the outside temperature was high but none of the rooms had AC. As expected the coffee was not good. But there is a small coffee shop just up the road that was very good."

"The Malvern is a hotel run around a health club and spa. The best feature is its restaurant which is modern and serves good food. The spa itself has a nice and warm indoor / outdoor pool but the facilities are dated and tired. The rooms are very tired, think 1970’s travelodge, and in desperate need ..."
