Very friendly and helpful staff. We traveled with our dogs and the location was perfect, large garden out back and the Thames path 5 mins walk away. Hotel is historic but a little tired, worn carpets and numerous repairs to the plaster walls that had not been sanded or painted. Room was clean and comfortable.

Check in was very quick and efficient. On arrival the room , standard double, was very clean but freezing cold . The heater was off . The room heated up eventually.
