「We stayed here w our two teen boys. The apartment is very clean. There is no AC, but wasn’t necessary even in August. We slept with all windows open and box fans going and were completely comfortable! And got lulled to sleep by the wonderful sounds of the surf, just 20 feet below our apartment. The apartment itself is well stocked, plenty of sand and water toys for the teens, too. VERY clean! I loved that the loveseat and couch coverings were changed after each group of guests. 「Spectacular views. Easy beach access. The property was clean and as described. There was assistance on-site if anything was needed. Walking distance to the Malibu pier and restaurants. I would stay there again. 」
