「What a lovely and quiet property with a beautiful view! The beds and pillows were quite comfortable and the living space and kitchen amenities were exactly what were needed for a weekend in Topanga! The host was easy to communicate with and answered questions quickly. There is 1 parking space available on site and other parking is available close by.」

Each space is distinctively decorated with thoughtful amenities and great attention to detail. So inviting and comfortable! 「This house is exactly as advertised. If you are looking for a quiet, spacious place in the country, this is it. The owners are very helpful and the beds are extremely comfortable. This is a country home, not an urban luxury residence. The disadvantage is LA traffic. It takes about an hour to get anywhere in LA.」

「Great location, nice for a quick stay. Lots of good amenities. Overall pretty clean, the only issue was the bath tub, it was rather dirty upon arrival with what seemed like pet fur. There was a lot of white hairs all over the floor of the tub but other than that it was a good stay. Host is nice and communicates well.」
