「We stayed in an apartment around 3 minutes walk away from the hotel. We’d not appreciated this when we had booked. The apartment was above a very busy street, so we were not able to open the windows at night due to lots of noise which continued into the early hours. Fortunately, there was air conditioning, although we’d have preferred fresh air.! The bathroom fan was annoying as it was very noisy. Our son slept on the sofa bed, which he didn’t find particularly comfortable. My pillow was very...

「Nice hotel in the middle of the old city. The Parking provided is not far from the hotel. A really good restaurant was recommended by them.」

「Cons: Kein deutscher Fernsehsender」

「1 of the 2 bedrooms had no sheets on the bed and nowhere to be found. I rented an apartment that stated there was a washer and dryer but there was no washer and dryer in the apartment. I was later told the washer and dryer were shared in the basement...that is after we left. There was active mold in the bathroom and my son is allergic to mold. There was 1 bath towel, no hand towels. I was again later informed that the additional towels were in the basement with the washer and dryer. We rented...

「Friendly and accommodating staff. Good location within walking distance of Malcesine. Nice outdoor area and pool.」

「Amazing hotel!! It was my second time for the year. Perfect for recharging. Stunning views, very good food, friendly staff.」

「Auch mit Hund ein super Hotel」

「Wir waren eine Woche da. Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Saubere und große Zimmer. Das Hotel ist direkt am See. Sehr schönes Restaurant. Gutes Frühstück. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.」

「We had a wonderful stay overall! The hotel and gardens are immaculate and beautifully maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing—everything from cooked-to-order omelettes, bacon, and eggs to fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, and fresh juices in a lovely, fresh setting. The spa facilities (indoor pool, sauna, massages) looked top-notch. Location is ideal, just steps from Riva del Garda's old town. My only critique is that the rooms felt small and quite...
