Apartment “Fiocco” is located in Cassone di Malcesine, only a few steps from the shores of Lake Garda. The 55 m² apartment on the first floor consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people (4 adults or 2 adults & 2 children). Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fans, satellite television and a highchair (on request). Your private outdoor area boasts a balcony and a private open terrace with seating furniture and deck chairs - both with great views over the lake in front of you. Here you can start the day with breakfast or spend the evenings with tasty dinners from the private barbecue. You can find a supermarket after a 5-minute walk and several cafés and bistros within 3-5 minutes on foot, while the lakeshore is only a few meters across the street.



The flat has its own private jetty and the beach is only 100 metres away on foot. Furthermore, Malcesine is an 8-minute drive (5 km) away and within an hour's drive (60 km) you can visit the beautiful city of Verona. Garage parking is available.
