Apartment “Fiocco” is located in Cassone di Malcesine, only a few steps from the shores of Lake Garda. The 55 m² apartment on the first floor consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people (4 adults or 2 adults & 2 children). Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fans, satellite television and a highchair (on request). Your private outdoor area boasts a balcony and a private open terrace with seating furniture and deck chairs - both with great views over the lake in front of you. Here you can start the day with breakfast or spend the evenings with tasty dinners from the private barbecue. You can find a supermarket after a 5-minute walk and several cafés and bistros within 3-5 minutes on foot, while the lakeshore is only a few meters across the street.



The flat has its own private jetty and the beach is only 100 metres away on foot. Furthermore, Malcesine is an 8-minute drive (5 km) away and within an hour's drive (60 km) you can visit the beautiful city of Verona. Garage parking is available. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. A shared washing machine is available.

Urlaub direkt am Gardasee

Pros: Wir waren 12 Tage Ende Juni / Anfang Juli im Appartment. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, vorallem der Blick aus allen Räumen auf dem See. 2 Balkone, eine grosse Terasse mit einer Menge Platz für den Esstisch, Liegen oder das selbst mitgebrachte SUP. Die Wohnung ist modern, wie auf den Bildern, und sehr geräumig. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war super unkompliziert. Sobald man eine WhatsApp schrieb, kam auch prompt eine freundliche Auskunft zurück & das Hotel Cassone mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern ist nur 150m entfernt, auch dort ist immer jemand für eine Auskunft. Cons: Nicht gefallen hat uns die Lautstärke, da die Unterkunft direkt an der Via Gardesana liegt, wo praktisch immer Verkehr ist. Für abendliche Unterhaltungen auf dem Balkon schon manchmal etwas anstrengend. Jedoch war es uns die Lage wert.

Neu renoviert und zweckmäßig

Zuerst fanden wir das Appartement recht kühl eingerichtet. Nach und nach gefiel uns aber, das hier nicht einfach irgendwelche Möbel und Dinge herumstanden, die ausgemustert worden sind. Zweckmäßig, praktisch (Vorhänge, die als Raumteiler, oder zum wahren der Privatsphäre, falls man zu viert hier war, eingesetzt werden kann). Das Bad ist nagelneu, ebenso die Küche. Klar ist bei der Lage, dass nicht unerheblich Verkehr über die Hauptstraße läuft. Die Jalousien halten aber viel ab. Die Lage ist einfach großartig und der kleine Ort Cassone ganz reizend. Die schöne Promenade lädt zum Spazieren ein. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter/ Verwalter war ganz komplikationsfrei. Die Schlüsselübergabe (trotz Verspätung unsererseits) zuverlässig.

Schöne Wohnung, leider sehr hellhörig, Straße sehr laut

Pros: Direkt am See, wunderbare Aussicht, Wohnung sehr geräumig, alles da. Wir haben allerdings nur gefrühstückt. Cons: Straßenlärm, hellhörige Wohnung, Service vor Ort war nicht vorhanden. Im Serviceheft in der Wohnung wäre es gut, wenn nicht nur alle Verbote darin vermerkt wären, sondern auch z.B. Öffnungszeiten von Bars und Cafes, vom Hotel Cassone, ob man dort frühstücken kann etc. Matratzen empfanden wir als sehr hart.

Pros: Gastgeber hat uns freundlich empfangen und uns bis ins kleinste Detail alles erklärt. Sehr gut erklärt ! Die FeWo war gesamt ! TipTop sauber. Aus dem Haus über die Strasse steht man am Gardasee. Ich kann diese FeWo weiter empfehlen. Cons: .....

Außer Lärm ein schöner Kurzurlaub

Pros: Der Vermieter war super nett und hat uns überdurchschnittlich gut empfangen. Super Garage 👍👍👍 Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, fast wie zuhause. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Cons: Zu viele Motorradfahrer. Starke Geräuschbelästigung ☹️

Dolce Vita am Gardasee

Sehr netter Vermieter, spricht sehr gut deutsch, französisch und englisch und war auch jederzeit erreichbar. Wasserzugang direkt nur 10m vom Objekt entfernt. Alles sehr sauber und gute Lage für Ausflüge nach Malcesine Torbole oder Garda. Ferienwohnung auch sehr sauber und wie beschrieben. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub.
