Modern Apartment "Gennaker" On Lakeside with Terrace and View

Just a stone's throw from Lake Garda in Cassone, the Gennaker flat is the ideal place for a quiet holiday and will impress you with its elegant interior, its beautiful view and its proximity to enchanting places and the lakeshore. Located on the second floor of a beautiful building, the flat is furnished in a modern style with maritime colours and consists of a living/dining room with sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, 1 bedroom and a bathroom (year 2023) and can therefore accommodate 3 people. It is also equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite television, a shared washing machine, a baby bed and high chair. Outside, guests can eat together in the open air thanks to the barbecue on the small private terrace and enjoy a wonderful view of the lake. The lakeside promenade is just a few steps from the front door, while the pebble beach in Cassone is a 2-minute walk away (150 metres). The property has a garage at your disposal and a private pier.

Toller Urlaub in Malcesine (Cassone) – perfekt zum Entspannen

Pros: Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Bildern – wunderschöne Lage mit traumhafter Aussicht, perfekt für erholsame Tage. Wir waren 10 Tage mit unserer kleinen Hündin Sally 🐶 dort und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es gibt viele schöne Spazier- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Ein Stromausfall zu Beginn (seitens des Energiedienstes) wurde vom Vermieter sofort und unkompliziert gelöst – super Kommunikation und sehr hilfsbereit! Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und in einem gepflegten Zustand. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Fam.Leonardi Cons: Die Straße zwischen Wohnung und See bringt tagsüber etwas Verkehrslärm mit sich – das lässt sich bei dieser Lage kaum vermeiden. Allerdings wird dieser kleine Nachteil durch die traumhafte Aussicht auf den See mehr als ausgeglichen. Außerdem nimmt der Verkehr ab dem späten Nachmittag deutlich ab, sodass es abends angenehm ruhig ist.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Luft nach oben

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtete. Das Sofa könnte bequemer sein, die Reihenfolge der Fernsehsender ist eine Katastrophe. Geschirr ist vorhanden, der Rest der Küche ist eher sparsam eingerichtet. Wenn man sich eingelebt hat, dann fühlt man sich wohl. Generell hätte es sauberer sein können. Der Balkon und die Terrasse hätten vor unserem Einzug einen Lappen und einen Besen vertragen. Einmal über die Straße ist man an der Promenade direkt am See. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man in der nächsten Ortschaft. Alles in allem hat es gepasst, man könnte aber noch einiges verbessern.

Das Apartment war genauso wie auf den Bildern gezeigt.

Pros: Das Apartment hatte eine Terrasse mit 2 Liegen, die auch mit zum See genommen werden durften. Hier war auch ein Grill vorhanden. Ausserdem gab es noch einen kleinen Balkon. Im Ort war gleich eine Bushaltestelle. Von da kann man mit dem Touristbus für 1,50 € bis nach Malcesine fahren. Andere Linien fahren auch dort ab. Das ist sehr bequem, da dadurch natürlich die Parkplatzsuche wegfällt. Unser Vermieter war sehr nett und alles lief unkompliziert.

Allgemein sehr zufriedenstellend

Pros: Sehr schöne Aussicht auf den Gardasee Cons: Die Uferstraße ist sehr nah, geht direkt am Haus vorbei. Autolärm und besonders Motorräder hört man sehr laut! Kein Aufzug. Man muss alles viele Treppen hochschleppen. Das ist schlecht, wenn man aine Herzschwäche hat.

Ruhige Lage, top Gastgeber!

Pros: Die Wohnung war so eingerichtet, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Alles neu renoviert, es war alles da, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. 1 Balkon und sogar eine Terrasse auf der man essen und grillen konnte. Der hauseigene Steg auf dem See war nur für Gäste der Ferienanlage, Liegen die man mit dorthin nehmen konnte, waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Gastgeber war immer erreichbar und war sehr bemüht, Gastfreundlichkeit 10 Sterne plus!

Die Lage der Wohnung liegt perfekt für schöne Unternehmungen.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist modern und gemütlich und sehr sauber. Der See ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt, so dass man jederzeit ins Wasser springen konnte. Die Uferpromenade lädt zu schöne Spaziergänge oder Fahrradtouren ein. Cons: Wir haben keine Beanstandungen

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Wohnung

Die Wohnung fanden wir wie beschrieben vor, sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Andrea ist ein sehr netter Vermieter, unauffällig, aber stets hilfsbereit, wenn Fragen da waren. Einige seiner Tipps zur Freizeitgestaltung waren sehr hilfreich. Der Privatsteg vor dem Haus war auch sehr cool, die Straße vor dem Haus ist hörbar, aber nicht wirklich störend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, da Cassone klein und nicht immens überlaufen ist wie andere Orte am Gardasee zur Hauptsaison. Alles was sehr toll.

Ausführlichere Angaben zum Finden der Wohnung wäre zweckmäßig. Viele Treppen. Bei der Einrichtung fehlen Kleinigkeiten zum Wohlfühlen zB Stehlampe am Sofa, kleiner Tisch am Sofa, Schemel für die Füße. Garage ist von Vorteil. Der Vermieter ist hilfsbereit.

Die perfekte Unterkunft am Gardasee

Pros: Der Gastgeber Andrea war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Er ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und spricht gut deutsch. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Haus auch für einen VW Bus sind sehr bequem. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am See, hat eine gute Raumaufteilung, das Bad ist sehr geräumig und die Küche sehr neu.
