「Die Wohnung war toll und sauber. Die Getränke der Minibar sind kostenlos nutzbar. Im Garten ist ein Pool, der genutzt werden kann. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden außer ein Toaster. Es gibt nicht so viel Stauraum in der Wohnung. 」

This was unnerving as we were already in transit, but ok in the end. Location was good being 12 minutes walk from the station. 「Building itself is not very new, but it's all clean and confortable. As the first bike hotel in Como area, their support was perfect, not only cycling but also how to get/out to their hotel. Enough information and very good relationship with others in Bellagio. I appreciated thiei free laundry service, which we can get cleaned clothes just after 2hours after we handed them. Their location is fantastic also. A bit far from city center but that was better for me. I had a very relaxing night...

「Beautiful room with luxurious views of Lake Como. Only cons is the lack of walkability and I didn’t enjoy the food at the restaurant. But overall the staff were very accommodating and made it even more special celebration with a beautiful and tasty cake, champagne, and balloons with their birthday package. I loved waking up to the balcony views and the heated pool that I could enjoy even in October weather! Would definitely stay at this hotel again if I return to Lake Como. 」
