「民泊形態の宿なので、チェックインはセルフです。チェックインはワッツアップを使って行いますが、思ったよりもスムーズに行うことができました（他方でワッツアップを使わず、英語が全くダメな人だと少し難しいかも）部屋は広くて良かったです。しかしながらシーツなどはやや清潔さに欠けているように感じました（髪の毛が残っていた。枕は、古い枕の匂いがした）値段が安い点は良いのですが、まさに値段相応といったところでしょうか。」

「It was a really good stay, and my kids loved the room so much—it felt very comfortable for our family. Easy check in. The location is very strategic, right in the middle of most attractions in Melaka, which made traveling around easy and convenient. I was also pleasantly surprised by the lift; it was much better than what I had expected from the Google reviews. It would be even more complete if there were a convenience store and a laundry place within the apartment.」

「Great stay overlooking the sea. Only thing is that the shared pool in the apartment needs cleaning as there were tissues in it and the water was not clean. 」

「Nice room and well equipped. Pool require to have a proper maintenance from the management, in order to have a clean and clear water in the adult pool site. Possible to have an exhaust fan in the bathroom.. otherwise the smells of fungus and the stuffiness are very obvious.」

「I had a wonderful experience at this accommodation. The property was impeccably clean, and the owner was incredibly helpful and responsive with their communication. The location was also a great bonus. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!」

"I made a reservation through Expedia, but when I went to the hotel before check-in to leave my luggage, I was told that there was no reservation under my name. I had certainly completed the booking and had the receipt, yet they insisted there was no reservation at all. Even though the reservation was under my name, they wasted a lot of time speculating it might be under my husband’s or children’s names, which was impossible. In the end, they told me to contact customer service myself. I repeatedly asked them to search by my name or reservation number, but they refused, and I was kept waiting for over 90 minutes. They would not take my luggage either, which significantly disrupted our sightseeing plans. It was my husband’s birthday that day, yet this terrible handling turned it into a terrible memory. In the end, it turned out that the reservation existed and we could stay, but there was not even a single word of apology for keeping us waiting. My children had been looking forward to the pool, but because our sightseeing schedule was pushed back by the delay, we couldn’t spend much time there. This was also extremely disappointing. Malacca is a wonderful place and I would love to visit again, but I don’t think I will ever return to this hotel."
