"Great"

"Spacious rooms. Close to the new extension and tiled courtyard area Breakfast and dinner were worth the price for convenience as there are not many shops close by for food. If you eat out you will end up buying from places which are about a 10minute walk away and it'll cost around the same as the hotel food. Friendly staff, check in was quick and staff were always willing to help. Good access to lifts. My only issue was that the adhaan was not audible from the room. Also, as this hotel is away from the clock tower, although it is still very busy, you are away from the rush at prayer times. It was nice that they had complimentary coffee and dates after each prayer. "

"A great location, very clean facilities and staff that are friendly and attentive. Also a great buffet selection for both breakfast and dinner. Easy access to the Haram which is the most important part. Great stay overall."

"Wow! We had an incredible stay. We were upgraded to a room view of the Haram (thank you to the incredible staff) and had such a lovely time. The room was so comfortable with excellent AC and washroom was so clean and spacious. Very lovely to have post Umrah! Also, the hotel is a 2 min walk to gate 79 (mateef gate). Thank you for the incredible stay for a first Umrah! "
