「Really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, convenience for groceries (there is a grocery store right across although the prices are high), a shuttle bus that comes every 40 minutes to take you to a transfer point for the Haram. Breakfast could use improvement but the dine-in menu for room service is very good! Overall I was very impressed by the amenities and facilities (gym and a very well build mosque inside). They are extremely welcoming and available to tend to your every need. 」

「Amazing breakfast and dinner with lots of variety which meant we didn’t have to eat fast food each night. Excellent service from all staff who went above and beyond during out stay. Only thing i would comment on is the cleanliness as you leave the hotel from the back side to Al Haram this could be improved, huge contrast from front of hotel which is immaculate and clean」
