Hotel itself was not on map after reaching there came to know it's backside of building.itself hotel and room looks good but there were not enough supplies like water bottles and soaps,shampoo .only one for full apartment.after requesting more water bottles came to know they only give 2 water bottles per day even one apartment is meant to be for at least 4 to 5 people.which is very weird.

It was a service apartment but unfortunately they didn’t provide things like towels, soap, toilet tissue, tea coffee etc according to the number of people we booked in. They do have kitchenette but without utensils and communication is horrible. Property was tidy but there was a bad odour in the corridor. Do not have enough parking to pull off infront of the property and easy access to the property.

I booked a 3 bedroom apartment. One washroom shower had a big crack on the floor. We took picture and reported to the reception desk. They didnt switch our room. When we took shower, the whole washroom got filled with water. We reported to the reception. They gave us a wiper to clear the floor. Also due to the crack on the floor, the shower floor was shaky and unsafe to use. Also, the description of the apartment stated, there is a sofa bed in the living room. But in reality, it was just a sofa which cant be converted into a bed. The kitchen had ONLY 1 glass, 2 tea cups only which is not sufficient for a 3 bedroom apartment. There are not cooking utensils to cook, so the presence of a cook top is useless. Also, the reception provides only 4 Bottles of water per day which was very disappointing . We stayed in Makkah and Madina, the hotels provided water atleast 3 to 4 times a day without a restriction on the count. Lastly, when you enter the address in google maps, it shows, permanently closed, so we had to ask locals to help and guide us to the hotel. Very disappointing experience
