「Overall good experience」

「Msg for clients. Value for money. Very good for getting to Haram by foot. Again well worth it in respects to how much against other local higher named hotel. Msg for hotel. Only thing I didn’t like was in the reception lobby area the Oud scent smell was too much and very much overpowering. This smell should be subtle. I have stayed in Fairmont twice and the smell is subtle. 」

「Really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, convenience for groceries (there is a grocery store right across although the prices are high), a shuttle bus that comes every 40 minutes to take you to a transfer point for the Haram. Breakfast could use improvement but the dine-in menu for room service is very good! Overall I was very impressed by the amenities and facilities (gym and a very well build mosque inside). They are extremely welcoming and available to tend to your every need. 」
