「Everything was perfect to include the amenities upon arrival made coffee on the patio after arrival effortless until we got to the store. This was perfect for our family 」

「Our host was very responsive and helpful. The house is new, which was nice, and very clean. There is definitely commuter traffic congestion going towards Honolulu. I suggest adding some extra travel time if you anticipate joining the commuters. 」

「Our stay was very nice. Check-in was easy, communication with the hosts was very reasonable, they had many items that we needed for the beach and in the house so that we could make our own meals. It was very neat, not cluttered. The location was very peaceful and quiet. The backyard was small, but had a picnic table to eat outside and the hot tub was clean and in good condition. There was a nice little porch to sit on and enjoy the view.」

「Location is fantastic and bed was comfortable. but unfortunately the accommodation wasn’t clean. The cabin had hair in the broom, was full of flies, a simple vacuum would have been good. 」

「 Place was extremely dirty. Layers of dirt, dust and bugs. No WiFi or service available inside. The washer and dryer promised were not available for use. Host was very slow/not responsive. No central AC. Front door lock does not work. Low privacy bc of open glass door with no curtains. Very little amenities provide; few dirty towels. Only pro is location on north shore. For the price at minimum place should be clean. 」

「Owners should install a digital code lock for the gate. We didn't arrive to the rental till evening and they had a tiny lock on the very bottom of the gate in which you could not see the numbers very well. It was a pain to go in and then come out to go somewhere. The rental unit itself is very cozy and nice. It's just the entering of the property is very difficult if you get there when the sun is down. Other than that everything else is great 」

「Overall, the stay was positive and we enjoyed our time there. The space is small but very comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom are adequate for what we needed. The location itself is wonderful, located close to the beach and some places we needed to get to during our stay. I would definitely recommend this location, and would stay there again, however a few things could have been better. When we were there, the weather was very hot and humid.
