"I initially booked this property for a few days to be in the wonderful, cosmopolitan, safe Providencia neighborhood. I am an American from NYC and working remotely seeing nature areas of Chile on weekends when I am off (Atacama, Valle del Equi, Valparaiso, etc.). Anita and the staff were beyond friendly and allowed me to store extra bags and packages while I checked out during weekends to go else where and would have my bags back in the room when I returned. "My two sisters and husband stayed here for 3 nights and lioved the apartment. The people at the desk were great and their English was just ok. The area was great for food and easy to get around. Clean and friendly staff. Only drawbacks if you can’t do steps this is not the place for you!!4th fl. No elevators! "

Unfortunately the number of the apartment we expected to be directed to was incorrect, after some difficulties with translation , thanks to the security staff on duty we were re directed further down the block to a different apartment. Security / reception at the new block were not able to confirm our booking but luckily a cleaner had the good sense to use google translate to advise us our apartment was...
