It is a good apartment hotel for its price.

WE absolutely loved our stay, friendly efficient personnel, from the front desk to housekeeping. A wonderful time ,well located . We will happily come back again, and would strongly recommend. Bravo on a good job.

Clean place good location

Good location and the room was clean. In our apartment, AC is only in the living room and one of the bedrooms, the room with two single beds did not have AC so it was really hot.

The staff at the Apart Hotel Viva Providencia were very helpful and friendly. Check in was easy and they provided clear instructions for things we needed to know. The location is great, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The area is quiet at night, we were able to get a great nights sleep. The only suggestions are that the walls in the apartments need to be repainted and the bathtub gets really slippery when you take a shower, we were worried about falling while we stepped out of the shower.

Outstanding neighborhood. Quiet, but close to lots of cafes, restaurants, bars, etc. The building and apartment were very clean. The apartment could use a fresh coat of paint. However, it was relatively modern and the kitchen had everything that you need for a lengthier stay. Front desk was so friendly! They were great!

Quiet convenience

This place was convenient to many cafes and restaurants and in a quiet area. Although breakfast was not made on the premises they did provide a daily bag filled with coffee and tea packets, granola bars, nuts and crackers, etc. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The only downside was in the kitchen the microwave was on a high shelf. Made it hard for short people (like us) to reach it.

Good apart hotel.

Well placed, well appointed apart Hôtel. Staff friendly and accommodation secure. Supermarket round the corner and as it’s near the University, various bars close by. All in all, a comfortable place to stay for our 5 days in Santiago.

Cleaning of the could have been much better, I had to tell the front deal twice that the bathroom was not cleaned properly. Just by lookin at the windows we could see they were not cleaned for months. Too bad because the location was great.

Nós gostamos bastante! Localização boa, conseguimos nos deslocar a pé e de metrô para vários pontos turísticos. O tempo de água quente foi suficiente, sustentável! Fomos em 4 e não ficamos sem banho quente! A limpeza e arrumação dos quartos adequada! Toalhas trocadas todos os dias. Uma pequena observação para a qualidade das toalhas, que não eram tão boas , estavam desgastadas e um pouco encardidas. Da pra cozinhar tranquilamente! A recepção funciona 24h! E ainda oferecem um lanchinho de boas vindas! Voltaríamos com certeza!!!

Adoramos a estadia

Gostamos muito. O check in e check out foram super fáceis. Recepção realmente é 24 horas e todos são muito atenciosos e nos ajudaram com o que precisamos. Única coisa foi a questão da água quente do chuveiro que tem duração de tempo antes de esfriar e você precisar esperar 1 a 2 horas para esquentar denovo. Meu cabelo é bem comprido então da primeira vez tive problemas com isso.
