"This is an excellent hotel in a quaint town. The main property overlooks the water and has an amazing rooftop restaurant and pool. We stayed at their Angelina residence, which is set back a few blocks. It’s quiet with a full kitchen and spacious rooms. The shower was amazing and much needed after long days of touring. Appreciated the friendly and patient staff. Highly recommend Maiori as an alternative to the busier towns on the Amalfi coast."

The cleaner (maybe as a return “favor”) then asked me if it was okay if it took until 18:00 to fully check in. I guess, but yuck. Supposed to be 1500 iirc. "Overall we enjoyed this property. It was clean, had great AC, and washing machine. Be aware there is only a small loveseat in the living/dining room so as a group it's not comfortable to sit there long. We enjoyed the patio and spent our mornings and evenings there. The only downside is that to see the ocean you have to lean across the railing. The pictures make it seem like you'll be able to sit on the patio and enjoy the ocean view. "Beautiful hotel with an amazing view! It was hot in Sorrento and we really appreciated the excellent air conditioning! The staff provided us with a breakfast to-go box when we had to leave for the airport at 5:30am! (We didn’t even think to ask for one!). The pool area was busy because it a well maintained pool. Breakfast was very good (especially the eggs and Brie). The staff was helpful and friendly."

"This property was stunning from the moment you pass through the park grounds. Before you get to the hotel itself, you begin to decompress. you enter the lobby and are greeted by the whole of Sorrento/Naples Bay with Vesuvius in the background. It is stunning. This is one of the best properties we have stayed at. The staff. the amenities, the food are all top rated. The breakfast buffet is bountiful, varied and FRESH..... cheeses, fruits, Italian coldcuts, traditional breakfasts to order from their chef's station, not to be missed. Your choice of the beach at the bay, or the saltwater pool. equally wonderful with the staff attentive to the guests whims, Dinners in the main dining room. or the beachside restaurant are great,,,,evening cocktails on the patio, with Vesuvius ever present,,, Attention by the staff was universally outstanding,,,, to name a few would be a slight on the rest,,,,,ALL OUTSTANDING.... Staff was very helpful in arranging day trips to Herculaneum and Amalfi boat cruises, We will be planning our next years trip to end at this property, to unwind, relax and savor all that Parc dei Principi and Sorrento have to offer. Molto Gracias"

"Hotel is in a great location. Hotel beach is directly across the street and boats and ferries are about a 10 minute walk. Lots of good restaurants in walking distance. My only concern was we went in September and it was extremely hot and there is no AC in the bathrooms and during the night our AC would shut off. Luckily we bought our portable fans! Even with AC issue I would definitely stay here again!"

"The staff was very welcoming and accomodating as we all arrived as a group of 8 at different times. They were able to keep us all on the same floor and the room type were as promised. The rooms were very clean and we felt very safe. The front desk staff was helpful in dining recommendations as well as directions to the beach. All of their "local" recommendations were amazing! The treck to the beach was up and dosn many stairs but not the fault of the hotel. We would highly recommend a stay at the Bellevue."
