「This is by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had. The room was absolutely disgusting: the carpet smelled heavily of urine and feces, and there were actual blood stains on the wall. The shower was incredibly dirty and foul-smelling. To make matters worse, people were openly smoking weed right at the main entrance, making the environment feel completely unsafe for a family. There is absolutely nothing good to say about this property. It is a major health and safety hazard. Do not bring...

「シャワーの水圧が弱すぎて、かなり不満。」

「Clean room and staff was polite and helpful.」

「Used to be more friendly.」

「Just okay」

「The only problem was that I had booked a room with 2 beds and all they have there are rooms with one bed and a foldout couch. So Expedia should not have told me that my reservation was a room with 2 beds. I would have booked some other hotel with 2 beds. In the picture that Expedia showed me of the room, it had 2 queen beds. That is not how a company should treat a loyal customer.」

「We were very disappointed to find that our room was actually a smoking room ( even though the front desk promised that it wasn’t). The odor when we opened up the door was over powering. ( our cpap machines the next night at home even had the odor). The sofa in the room was gross, old, saggy and stained. The bathroom was very small and the sink was part of the kitchenette. You might ask why did we stay, the answer we could not find any other rooms in the area.」

「Friendly and professional staff, hotel cleanliness was an A+ and check-in/checkout process was as easy as possible. Also, I truly appreciated the Sunday morning brunch.」

「Great place to spend over night」

「Staff was polite, nice, and amazing with our kids. Loved our stay there」

「Room 408 wreaks of cigarette smoke. Especially in the bathroom.」

「The staff were friendly and very helpful. Exceptionally clean and comfy. Pool was a great temperature and clean. My only complaint was breakfast was almost all carbs and I'm gluten free eating. My grandkids liked it. Would stay there again.」
