「This is a cute renovated motel that is close to the Hot Springs tourist area and bath houses. It is not a luxury hotel but is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay close to everything. All communications is handled via text to get your check-in time, room and door code. Be aware the door code will not work until check-in time, we were a few minutes early and thought something was wrong, I texted the number and got a response almost immediately. 「Check in was horrible. There was an issue between Expedia and the hotel, the hotel clerk was very condescending about it. I quickly contacted Expedia and they called the hotel within minutes to resolve the issue. However, even though I was standing in the lobby at the counter, the clerk put Expedia on hold and helped other guests making me and Expedia wait 25 minutes before solving the issue which I believe was an error on the hotels end to begin with.
