"Lovely hotel in a great location. Thebsyaff were very friendly and helpful. Great amenities, the pool isn't very big and can get quite busy. The 360 rooftop bar has fantastic views of Madrid. However in the evening it can get very busy and there can be a long wait for seating. As it was busy we felt that once our food and drinks had finished there was an expectation for us to leave. If we visit Madrid at some point in the future then we would definitely stay at this hotel again"
