Okay hotel for a night or two, location very good for central Madrid, but the street itself is very noisy until 3am. We could hear everything in our room on the 4th floor. Also taxi’s can not get to the hotel, so you have to go a couple of streets away.

The apartment was very nice and clean .Very nice staff. Nice common area.Good breakfast everyday but floors in the breakfast room not so clean. Location close to everything but very noisy at night .Bars and restaurants around .

The location of the hotel was very central to trains and metro. The area is noisy but maybe request a room at the back. The shower was positioned unadjustable and shower gel pump not working but forgot to report. We brought our own toiletries. The hotel has a discounted restaurant and a flamenco show discount. The breakfast was adequate but not the best and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was amazing! The rooms could have been a bit bigger but the beds slept very comfortably. Great location in the hustle and bustle of the city but not overly loud.
