It is a quiet and cosy apartment, practical and functional of 30 m2 for 2 people, in an unbeatable location with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

It is located on the first floor and the building has a lift.

In the bedroom you will find a double bed of 1.35 cm dressed with its bedding, air conditioning with cold/heat split, TV and space to store your belongings.

The studio has a kitchen equipped with the main appliances, tableware for 2 people and other usual utensils. In addition to a small dining table.
To use the washing machine, you have a portable drying rack and an iron.

You have a modern bathroom with a shower, bath gel and a hairdryer.
We provide one towel per guest that you will find on the bed.

The hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; make responsible use for its proper functioning.

The accommodation has everything you need so you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort to feel at home!.
