Issue checking in as I had sent a note a few days in advance saying we would be checking in late, past midnight but they closed out our room prior to us arriving and we had to wait while they reactivated it :(

Clean new hotel. Breakfast was above average. Note that parking is not free, unlike other hotels in this area. Cost is $10/day.

Global Luxury Suites at Reston Town Center was an incredible unit. The room was clean, the building was very modern and the staff was awesome!

During normal times, Ashburn is great, with awesome restaurants and places to shop and be entertained. My trip was strictly business, and of course during the Covid-19 crisis, one can not eat-in at a restaurant anyway.
We were there to go to the Outlets in Leesburg
I was only there to attend a conference and never left the hotel. Did not have a rental car, so no way to get anywhere, and it was too cold outside to walk to nearby businesses.
Location ok for us (visiting family near hotel), but if you are on vacation, there is nothing in this area to do. Dining and shopping limited, but safe and clean place and surroundings.
Did not see much of the town, most of my experience was just in driving to and from other places around Ashburn.
