The room was clean, with enough space to accommodate 4 people. Breakfast was at a nearby restaurant (1 minute walk from the hotel), which was convenient for us. Staff was quite helpful with recommendations about location of nearby laundry and other amenities. Overall a good experience and great value for money.

The hotel has the best location, really close to Puerta del Sol and therefore, close to Gran Via, Plaza Mayor, Mercado San Miguel, etc. Staff is really helpful and accommodating. Fast responses for any inquiry or service requested. I definitely will stay there again.

The breakfasts are provided at a restaurant around the corner from the hotel. The food is very good and tasty. They offer a choice of tostas in which I asked for the one with pork patƩ and carmelized onions. There is an AC unit in the room and I was very comfortable.

Room was basic but very clean. Bathroom was modern and functional. Quite expensive for what it is but very well located just 15 seconds off Puerta del Sol. Plenty of restaurants and bars right on the doorstep.Just a 5 minute walk to the Plaza Mayor and 15 - 25 mins from all the top sights.
