This 64 square meter property blends traditional with modern, typical Madrilenian tiles and outdoor space meet unique design and chic decor. Alcazar boasts beauty both inside and out. Residing in the heart of the Almagro neighborhood, revel in the sights of royal mansions or historical monuments. After a stroll through the streets of Madrid, there's nothing better than relaxing at home.

This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unique property is given a modern spin with design inspired by international travels and supplies from local artisans. The bedroom features a queen size bed with a rustic wooden headboard and an exposed brick wall framing the space. The beautifully tiled bathroom has a walk in shower and plenty of space for getting ready in the morning.

The living room has a full entertainment system and an exposed brick accent wall with dried flower hangings to keep the grassland theme alive. A dedicated workstation sits behind the couch for remote working needs. The door leads out to the large terrace. Guests are encouraged to soak up the Mediterranean sun and enjoy a meal on the terrace, or in the colder months, at the indoor dining table. The tiled kitchen is furnished with all cooking appliances and utensils. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
