"The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. My one criticism of the hotel is the very loud DJ music coming from Lefty's which was located just below our room. I believe Lefty's is an extention of hotel. The music didn't stop until midnight."

"Overall, we felt like this hotel was a good value for the money. The location was very convenient, about 10 minutes from downtown, with an H-E-B not far from the hotel. The neighborhood is still developing and a little rough around the edges, but we felt safe during our stay. The room itself was nice and clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We were on the train-track side of the building, so we did hear trains coming through during the day, but thankfully it wasn’t an issue at night. The pillows were not great, though. They deflated quickly and became misshapen, which made them a little difficult to sleep on. Parking was worth paying for, in my opinion. We used the parking garage and never had trouble finding a spot. The spaces were a little tight, but I was able to get in and out comfortably enough in my 2023 Tacoma. The biggest downside was the breakfast. Everything felt very processed or frozen, and nothing really felt like “real food.” I understand why hotel breakfasts are often done that way, but we only ate it once during our three-night stay and skipped it the rest of the trip. The TV channel selection was also pretty limited. We found one channel that played The Office on repeat and watched that once or twice, then used a laptop to watch a movie another night. All in all, aside from the breakfast, we felt like we got a great deal and that the stay was worth the money."

"Reserved for a visit by relatives. They enjoyed the stay. Location is right off the highway so drop off and pickup is a bit tricky. One room also faced noisy Rainey Street. Music can be loud from nearby bars. Hotel is well maintained. We chose it for its location, mainly, for their quick weekend visit."

"We had a great stay! Conveniently located to walk downtown. Pet friendly, huge plus for my baby doggo (who is like my child), quiet, room service was tasty. Seriously the only thing I could even say, is the shower is beautiful, but the glass panel allowed for a splash factor which wet the bathroom floor. But overall, we will be back with no complaints!"
