Waited at the desk for over 10 mins before being acknowledged. The smell of cat urine in the air. Hole in bathroom by the shower. The sheets looked cleaned but definitely not the other bed covers. Went and purchased Lysol and wet wipes and cleaned the room. Tried finding something different nothing ...
