We Arrived from a trip with my 2 teenagers from Akl - in the middle of winter - cold & tired To what looked like a crime scene- it hadn’t been cleaned - A disgrace - Nothing - mousetraps in the kitchen - bottles - dishes in the sink - Cold as anything - It was an absolute disgrace - Helen Liu should have all her listings removed -」

「大きなホテルとしては町の中心から一番近いので、Inter Cityのバス停や大型スーパーにも歩いていかれます。部屋はテラスハウス式の2階建てで、テラスからは湖がよくみえました。敷地が予想以上に広いので、地図で見るよりバス停からレセプションが遠いこと、チェックインしてから荷物を部屋まで自分で運ぶのがたいへんでした。部屋へ届けてくれるサービスがあってほしかったです。」

「I couldn’t see Lake Tekapo from my room,but it was a short walk to the lake.It makes the room feel beautiful and rich.You can see the stars clearly from your room’s balcony. The stars over Lake Tekapo were the most amazing I had ever seen.」
