"It was very quiet, great for stargazing, we loved being close to the hot pools and the lake and the town. Our family really likes having the 2 bedrooms. "
"Generally well located. Never got communication about check in, which would have been very inconvenient if I didn’t have an active mobile number to call to get instructions.
Room was large, but noting fancy. The view was of the neighbouring empty lot, with old mattresses piled up.
Did the trick, but probably wouldn’t stay again."
"Great stay in a nice, comfortable, and warm. apartment. Only issue was the check-in where previously emailed access information was not received. Once I'd added credit to my NZ number and called the hotel they were texted through. "
"The studio was fantastic with a huge flat screen tv and a host of futuristic features and appliances.
Only bad point was a shocking uncomfortable matter, we neam a really uncomfortable bed.
Really spoilt our night and our sleep."

"We stayed in one of the new refurbished rooms with a view of the lake and it was absolutely perfect! Ideal to have two beds when travelling with a child, very clean, warm and comfortable. Beautiful bathroom and excellent on site facilities. The lounge with the cosy fire was so nice and breakfast was huge and delicious! Definitely don't let negative reviews put you off. Obviously we don't know what the older rooms are like, but I cannot fault the refurbished room. "
Be amazed by the color of the lake against the snowy backdrop of Aoraki/Mount Cook as you hike, drive or ride through this incredibly picturesque landscape.
