"The rooms are spacious and you can get your towels and rubbish cleared easily by using a magnetic tab on your day to alert cleaning staff. The room was a good size we stopped in and had views of the city. It’s in a great spot within easy walking distance of supermarket, restaurants and even Shinjuku is very walkable … It could’ve been cleaner but look overall I was very pleased with the hotel an the room we had. "

"This was an adquate hotel, close to the subway system & a nice museum. Room was very small - difficult for luggage accessibility for 2 people, but there was underbed storage for large suitcases. Pool wasn't open and didn't try the spa. Nice to have a convenience store in the building. Elevators at prime times (morning check-out and evenings) had LONG waits and you couldn't take the stairs (emergency alarm would go off), which was odd. So even people on the 3rd floor had to wait. Hotel was quiet...

"All day place was an excellent place to stay as American tourists in Japan. The location in Shibuya was convenient and perfect for navigating the city. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful for understanding processes related to the hotel and even other travel issues. The room was clean and efficient. We had a nice view from our room. We loved our stay, would stay again, and would recommend to our friends!"

"We really liked this hotel, though it was a bit of a pain to get to from Narita AP. Hotel has a currency exchange machine in lobby, which seems fairly common in Tokyo. View from our room wasn't great, but we paid for, and received, the cheap seats. Bed was comfortable. The PJs they provide for use are downright luxurious. (I would've liked to buy a pair to take home.) They also have robes to use and slippers. There were extra pillows so no need to ask for them. Bathroom has separate bathtub and...
