I found the Philip Ann Resort a wonderful place to stay. For such a small location it offers multitude of games and activities on and around the resort. From the games room, sun decks, variety of lounge areas, restaurant , pool, jacuzzi, a tiki bar, and a DJ. There is a little something for everyone. ...

Beautiful place, wonderful staff, boat for hire to take you to islands, massage services. Owner is polite and helps with anything and staff is very nice and willing to help, love this place and the people.

I am pleased with the development of the circumferential road. Travel is a breeze. I could still remember the difficulty I had before the road was fixed. I just wished the dogs are kept out of the streets. It’s a concern to share it them.
It was an okay place... I am not a fan of it.
Mabini has views but little else as far as amenities.
Far and hard to get around. Road here will get you nauseous. Limited options on dining.
