"EVERY member of staff was excellent, for the price I paid the service was wonderful, front desk, attendants and cleaning staff. A tiny hiccup with WiFi but sorted out immediately. Hotel itself was clean and very fresh looking, room was clean and very modern looking. Definitely would go back!!!!"

"The room was very spacious and clean! We were on the 18th floor and had an amazing view of the city and ocean!! The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was excellent! I highly recommend"

"Staff were friendly Room could be cleaner, mold in the bathroom, dust on the corners and unpainted patches on the wall. Breakfast was good overall, the variety was good but quantity was limited and popular items would quickly disappear. The location was great, it was a nice neighborhood with shops and restaurants nearby. Overall good for the price. "

"The room was in good condition. As for improvements: the restaurant did not have a menu but a buffet. The food had been sitting for a very long time and was cold. I was overcharged for the bottle of wine that I ordered. $43 for a cold buffet, and a single bottle of wine was far too much for what I received. When I went to pay the bill, I was told that credit card machine was not working and asked to pay in cash. Later, the guy came to my room to get me to pay and despite me seeing a green light, he told me that the machine was not working. Only when I told him they had until Friday to figure this out, did the machine miraculously work. The next night I noticed that there was no water in my room and I asked could I get additional bottle water. I was tersely told to buy water at a shop nearby. One would think that wanted to obtain bottled water at a hotel. Upon checkout, I was told that there was an additional fee for my prepaid reservation. This had not been mentioned at check-in. When I went to pay by card, I was told that I had to pay with cash. When I explained I had no Moroccan money they told me to use an ATM. I gave him a small amount of American money and called it a day, but I will not be back at this property again and do not recommend it to others."
