After informing the manager she said there was nothing she can do about the broken TV. She informed her boss and he even said there was nothing they can do. "We had an excellent stay. The resort is adult only and quiet. Food was outstanding and the staff was incredible. Guests have access to Dighu resort which is larger and offers more variety. I would highly recommend the hotel."

"一到飯店竟告知我們的房故障沒水，馬上帶我們到隔街另一間，房間很小又沒窗，我當下很生氣，拿出憑證告訴他，我訂的是24平方公尺豪華陽台部份海景房，而且這不是我原先訂的飯店，我很堅持要回我原訂房，他只好回原飯店然後給我原訂的房，根本沒任何問題，所以我覺得此飯店很不老實，早晚餐選項和量都很少，倒是餐飲男服務員很親切，到店付的6美元，給10美竟沒主動找錢，等退房時才跟櫃檯要，唉！不老實的飯店"
