"Nice rooms and the hotel staff is excellent. The restaurant staff seems inadequate from a size standpoint, service should be better and it has been in previous years. Food is delicious, always. The bar has been under renovation for much too long and the old space was fantastic. Hopefully the renovation will be worthwhile if it ever gets completed. The hotel location is fantastic."

Dirt on the floors, bathrooms not cleaned, dirt on the sheets, garbage on the floor in both bedrooms. Disrespectful owner. There are far better properties to book in Birmingham. Truly disappointing.
