「This was our first time at this property. We received a lovely welcome and was given the keys to our room. It was a lovely bright room with a small balcony which was a great addition. The room had everything you needed for a short stay. The bathroom was small but had everything you needed. We had a comfortable nights sleep and the breakfast was lovely all freshly cooked. Everyone was friendly. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again. 」

「We did not stay at this hotel as when we went to check in the hotel advised that they were double booked and they had arranged an alternative hotel. When we got to the alternative hotel the rooms were not ready and it was 7.45pm before we finally got into our room. 「We didn't stay at the hotel for a number of reasons. Firstly, the surrounding area was deprived with half the buildings either boarded up or in disrepair. Secondly, having a 'seaview' and being a 'boutique' hotel is debatable, but definitely not from the outward appearance of the property. It was scruffy and needed maintenance to the paintwork and front door. Thirdly, to be made to stand outside ringing a bell for 30 minutes is unacceptable and shows poor customer service. The decision was made...
