「Location is superb - stone’s throw from seafront and in amongst all the shops, restaurants and bars. Plenty of parking on site. Our room with terrace and partial sea view was lovely. Clearly been modernised fairly recently and had everything we needed, including a fan (and a beaver!) Shower was excellent and very clean bathroom.
Aside from our room, breakfast had great selection and all the staff were polite and pleasant. The breakfast room was very hot with very few windows open.

「While the location is nice the parking is 10 minute walk up a steep hill. Even dropping off luggage is a challenge as it’s right at a very crowded tiny car park. Sadly Expedia sold us the Penthouse room (photos were of it) at a 50 pound discount yet when we got there we got a room with a small window mostly iverlooking the roof and kitchen smoke stack and just a tiny bit of the water. Not happy! Manager said Expedia does that and they have no control. He did take half off dinner but we would...

「Great location minutes walk to the sea front, restaurants and attractions. Easy access to fabulous walking and running tracks. I was lucky enough to meet swimming enthusiasts and swam in the bay, with the added benefit of use of the beach shack. Perfect for an active family. Jan was super helpful and very responsive. Off peak season and fantastic weather made for a perfect stay. Thank you. 」
