「A lovely and very affordable stay in a nice quiet room! Every inch of the room was pristinely clean and tidy. The reception staff member was very helpful, professional and efficient. The only improvements would be as follows: - A fridge in the room would have been a helpful amenity - The pillows were extremely chunky so maybe an option of a flatter size? - The bins in the car park were overflowing with rubbish - The curtains need to be longer as they let in light all the way along the...

「Room itself fine but newly fitted shower tray flooded bathroom - Room service poor as 3 different menus give 3 different times this is available and a 4 Star hotel stopping room service at 8.00pm???? Wnen cold sandwiches came with chips quality was v poor - drie out bread a scraping of butter and over-fried oily chips - definitely not a 4 Star hotel - younger bar tender needs training on customer service and attitude. Housekeeping staff and receptionist great.」

「チェスター市内で宿泊先を探したのですが、好さげなところは全て一杯だったため、隣り町に在るこのマナハウスを予約しました。料金が低廉だったので、メンテが充分に出来ていないのではないかと心配だったのですが、嬉しい外れでした。設備も庭園も充分に整備されています。浴室の化粧鏡は、風呂やシャワーを使っても曇らないよう、電熱入りだったのには感心しました。レセプショニストの女性も親切でした。強いてケチをつけるなら、夕食のテーブルが、混んでもいないのに、食堂入口脇だった事くらいです。然し、この宿泊料で、これだけのところは、滅多に無いでしょう。」

「Outstanding service levels and very convenient if you're going Cheshire Oaks or even Chester Zoo. Stayed with my family for 1 night and given it's a Holiday Inn, I have zero complaints and would definitely use this hotel again.」

「Well from the welcome to the last minute we could not fault this place. Location fantastic with great views of the River Dee. All the staff weee super friendly even the manager/owner! We checked in slightly early at 13:30pm, had a couple of drinks in the bar to then later on having evening meal all fab. Plenty of choice on the menu and delicious.. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The shower super powerful. Sockets either side of the bed as well. The breakfast was really good...

「観光のため１泊滞在しました。地下鉄を降りてすぐの立地でアクセスが良く、歩いて回れる範囲に観光スポットが多数ありました。ビートルズで有名なキャバンクラブやマリーンミュージアム、Tate美術館等どこも徒歩圏内で回れました。また、ホテルにはプールもあり、観光で疲れた体をリフレッシュすることができました。お部屋は広く、バスタブも大きく旅の疲れを癒せました。また、我々が行った時は競馬の重賞レースのあった時期で、きれいなドレス姿の女性が多数いらして、お部屋もほぼ満室状態でしたが、グラスシャンパンのサービスがあったり、従業員のみなさんの対応は常に笑顔で機敏でした。お部屋にもわざわざ不都合はないかと確認の連絡をくれたりしました。リバプールに行った先にはまた泊まりたいと思うホテルでした。」

「Parking is directly outside the building. Rooms were clean, bathrooms could do with a bit of work as quite dated and not as clean as would be expected. Stadf for check in were polite.」

「The decoration and cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, along with the spa facilities, Bennett’s Restaurant and the hotel breakfast room. The food was delicious with a nice selection. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful, we will be back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️」

「Property on main road but still a very quiet location. Staff very welcoming and rooms clean. Well maintained and adequate size. Breakfast was included which was a bonus and was the usual uk buffet style. Staff were overworked and we had to wait for a table to be be cleaned as it was busy but this was quick. Overall very good value for a nice hotel and would stay again if in the area.」

「Plenty of parking and easy to validate. Staff were friendly and easy check in and out although staff appearance was somewhat dishevelled. Shower would not regulate it's temperature and was either freezing cold or boiling hot. It was clean although not immaculate with bathroom fixtures wearing and loose bedroom socket. Comfortable bed and plenty of space. 」

「ホテルはとても綺麗で広いし、部屋の内装も可愛いしお値段の割には十分過ぎる設備でした！ ただ、市内への交通手段が限られているおり、アクセスが悪いのは少し良くない点です。 旅行やリバプールの地理に慣れてる人なら大丈夫だと思いますが、素人や外国人はタクシーなどを駆使しないと厳しい感じでした。」
