"Lovely room with everything you need. Pub was great for dinner and the breakfast was excellent (Great choice of cooked options and good selection of cereals, juices, yoghurts, croissants etc). All the staff I came into contact with were wonderful, friendly and very helpful. Will be staying again next time I am down in the area."

"A super stay in a super house. The house was everything we could have wished for and more. Feels genuinely like a home rather h to an a holiday let. It’s even better than the pictures suggest. Direct seafront access across the (very quiet) road is something else too! Thanks so much"

"What a characterful property. Loads of space, really well equipped with welcome basket. The garden was great when the sun was out ( not a lot, it has to be said!) and the BBQs were a great addition. The house was cold when we arrived, but heated up quickly, and the numerous bathrooms were spotless and modern. Some shampoo and shower gel would have been good, however.The only problem was an accident to one visitor ( no blame for the owners), and sorting out the tables for a celebration dinner took some ingenuity!All in all, we had a great weekend for a family birthday."

"The house was the best we had ever booked. Clean, comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. A very clever layout that gave privacy and quiet to those that wanted it.The weather wasn't particularly good but we managed to get out and about on most days, loved the area of Romney and certainly want to make a return visit at some point in the near future.The choices for places to eat were many and varied. The food was fantastic and plentiful and the venues were full and buzzing.We are certainly going to be making a return trip very soonEaster 2026"

"The van was not as pictured. Parts of the cupboards falling off, no light outside so couldnt see getting ti the can beibg at the back if others, roof leaked. The shower and front windows had mould spots. The matresses were terrible and poked in our backs Took the owners days to respond to messages. They xame and put 2 new gas bottles in for heating. Im guessing they didnt have new ones on for us when we rented. And being Australian we had no idea the cooler rooms were because the gas was out. There was no books to explain the heating at all. The water pipes froze and we couldnt shower, wash our hands or flush the toilet. All things needed for basic hygiene. It got To the point we left a week early and stayed elsewhere. We told tbe owners we were leaving early. No response. No offer of refund. I wouldnt stay here or tell anyone else too. Book drirect through the park over this one to avoid major disappointment. The amount of money it cost us to stay here and what we got was ridiculous "
