Very comfortable stay

I always stay at the Ship when visiting family. They've spruced up the place with new beds, paint, carpets, but not increased the proces. Always great food and very welcoming staff. Great value for money.

Small single room clean and adequate for my overnight stay. Room faced the street which had a lot of traffic noise but that died down after 10.00. Bathroom including shower was very good. Breakfast and service , good.

Lovely little pub hotel, cute rooms and the nice side door to reach the rooms so you don’t have to walk through the pub. Breakfast was lovely, free parking for guests, All in all a really lovely stay, we will definitely stay again.

A traditional Hotel which is being updated and upgraded. Our bedroom and bathroom are new and modern, and the quality throughout the hotel is of a high standard. The owners and their staff were extremely friendly, likeable and accommodating; food[including a comprehensive breakfast] & menu very decent; free parking also a plus. Highly recommended.

Really lovely pub with a very nice room, there was a function on in the pub so the kitchen was shut which was a shame. Lovely breakfast, would highly recommend.

Great hotel in a lovely village

Great hotel in new romney perfect base to get around my room was perfect comfortable bed tea and coffee and a bottle of water waiting for me in my room lovely and warm specially with it being cold outside shower was great and the tv reception was amazing with everything you would want to watch tne pub was great also with a friendly atmosphere the breakfast was brilliant all cooked perfectly by pete the manager i will definitely be staying again so if anyone is looking to stay in the area then stay here its the perfect place to visit this area of Kent

Excellent Inn. I stayed on my way over to Calais. I had the Single room. Very need and tidy. Recently updated room I’d say. Excellent bed and neat bathroom. I really liked the old charm of the building, nice little doors to the rooms. Very nice bar downstairs with lots of nice places to sit inside and outside. Pleasant atmosphere all round. The breakfast is fantastic and likewise the staff are wonderful.
