「コンシュルジェに、空港までの早朝のタクシーの手配を前日に頼んだところ、明日チェックアウトしてからにしてと回答を受け、当日朝の対応は、忙しいせいかまともな対応をしてもらえず、自ら対応をせざるをえなかった。朝食のビュッフェの選択肢が少ないせいもあり、卵料理の調理に列ができていて、料理人と宿泊者が揉めていたり、気持ちの良い対応とは思えなかった。湯船の栓が壊れていて、お湯を貯めることができなかった。」

「This was a magnificent hotel. Tucked out of the way in the quiet rural part of the West Bank. The staff were super sweet and attentive and nothing was too much to ask. The room was gorgeous with heaps of character, you felt every bit of furniture had a story to tell. The food was the best we ate on our 2 week trip of Egypt, high quality and classy yet not ridiculously expensive. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone!」

「We had a most splendid time at Djorff Palace. From the minute we arrived with the hotel’s river boat, we felt transported back in time. To a time where the dull uniformity of big corporate hotels did not exist.
