"I will 100% stay here when I come back. The palace is CLEAN, QUIET, and BEAUTIFUL. The entire hotel was architecturally beautiful and clean. I was one of a few guests at the hotel and felt/was treated like royalty. The owner is a wonderful, kind, and helpful woman. The hotel offers a free boat to cross to the east bank which was a blessing. With the hotel being on the West Bank, there is little noise at night meaning you can hear all the sounds the Nile has to offer. Absolutely wonderful hotel - one of the best I’ve stayed at around the world."

"We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The hotel itself was extremely clean, and our room was a good size with a lovely view overlooking the River Nile. The room was well maintained, and the air conditioning worked exceptionally well. Free WiFi, it worked very well in the main areas of the hotels but dropped out in our room on occasion. Lots of space in the bathroom for your toiletries, shower could have been a bit more powerful but ok. Bed and pillows were really comfortable. We stayed on a half-board basis and were pleased with the food throughout our stay. The food was consistently good and we always found something we enjoyed. A special mention should go to the restaurant staff, who were always friendly, welcoming, and attentive. In particular both Ahmed and Amhed provided excellent service throughout our stay and helped make our dining experience even more enjoyable. The swimming pool area was clean and well looked after, providing a relaxing place to unwind after sightseeing. The area around the hotel was also very clean and felt safe to walk around. The hotel’s location is excellent for exploring Luxor on foot. We were able to walk to Luxor Temple, the Mummification Museum, Luxor Museum, and even Karnak Temple, making it a great base for sightseeing. Overall, this is a clean, comfortable hotel with good food, excellent service, and an ideal location. We would happily stay here again."
