We had the pleasure of meeting the loveliest manager and Captain on our cruise. They truly went the extra mile, and we deeply appreciate the discretion, autonomy, and sincerity they displayed. Under the Captain’s leadership, the entire staff performed exceptionally well, radiating joy and a warm welcome throughout. Thank you so much to Mohamed Ali, Shreif, and all the staff — including Arafa, Ali, Mohamed (from the waiting team and housekeeping), Momen, and Ahmed.

The ship is very nice, the room was pretty confortable, the service and attention was exceptional and the food diverse and delicious. In general Is a very good ship that I would recommend a lot. We also got a free upgrade to a suite. The only part I would have liked to know before booking was the sightseeing was not included in the itinerary, so it must be paid on board. I would have liked that it was mentioned in the same itinerary and the extra cost per person per day.
