A slightly remote hotel with very good facilities. The staff are very helpful and the pool a delight. The rooms are very good and the view too. The dining/breakfast room is good and the dinner menu excellent. Good hotel shuttle service too, beating ITTaxi (who failed to show many times) and Uber (expensive).

The room was very clean, Breakfast was not great! There was very little choice, this was the 3rd hotel that I had stayed in during my trip and the worst Breakfast..you had to ask the member if staff for more coffee and it felt like you were imposing on them. The hotel itself is lovely but the area is very rough. Every cafe I went into advised me to put my bag in front of me and look out for pick pockets.

Bathroom had hair on the floor when we arrived. There was a very bright light in the room which kept me awake. Called the night staff at 2AM. He was helpful & said it is malfunctioning as it was much brighter than it should be. He bought A4 paper with him to cover it up & used masking tape. This did not help & created a safety issue as this is a fire hazard. The hotel management are terrible people. Refused to help & showed absolutely no compassion despite me losing a whole night sleep. My advice is to avoid this hotel at all costs. Its not very nice & the management are horrendous. I expect a refund as I have not been provided with the service I paid for. They have ignored me. I will get a chargeback & report the hotel to Rome fire & safety department. Will also not use Expedia very much in future as not been helpful.
