"The pool was unfortunately OoS, which was such a disappointment as I had booked this hotel for that very purpose. I would have tremendously enjoyed the hotel and the location but I was just really sad. Apparently, the hotel signalled it while booking but I did not see it. Otherwise all was fine except 3 minor inconveniences: 1) electricity went out at some point for about 20 min 2)there was noise in the shower throughout the night 3)my espresso caps and milk were not refilled. Having said that the staff was very friendly and helpful."

"We had a wonderful experience with this hotel! If you are expecting a big hotel with big rooms and full of American tourists this is not the place for you. But if you want a delightful boutique hotel, perfectly located with a charming and friendly staff this is the place! Can’t think of enough nice things to say about this hotel. We would urge you to take the breakfast add-on. Breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day! We will definitely come back on our next trip to Paris!"

"There was an empty glass water bottle on the ground in-front of my door upon check in. The room didn’t seem like it was just cleaned. I paid a lot of money for 1night for an Eiffel Tower view room. The view is obstructed and I wish it would have detailed that in the description because I would’ve booked somewhere else. The front of the property is under construction so it’s very loud. "

"The room was very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is supermarket a stone throw away and chinese takeaway next door. Transport is very accesible, 2 minutes away from Argentine metro station."
