"Pretty horrible hotel. Stuff that got annoyed of ins and outs, very poorly managed and very very old. There was no toiletries like toothbrush or anything like that. There’s no kitchen and we were not allowed to eat in the lobby area due to the carpet being white. The older man in reception at night felt like saying words that we didn’t understand every time we would go out for a smoke. Overall I couldn’t wait to leave. "

"Our room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful at checkin. The view of the Eiffel Tower was amazing. We felt safe and were able to walk to shops and cafes as well as metro and bus lines."

"Hotel was a good location, close to metro and buses. Cute shops nearby, and several restaurants (I highly suggest Le Passy right on the corner for a steak. Best steak I’ve ever had.) I would not even consider another hotel if visiting Paris again. Most of that had to do with the staff at this hotel. Christina was beyond amazing, and other staff was helpful as well. They stored our luggage on our last day to allow us to explore for a few more hours without the burden. I can not say enough good about this hotel. "
