「It was exactly what we wanted. It had a small kitchenette with utensils for making breakfast. Bathroom was big, clean, good strong water flow. The bed was super comfortable and perfect for two. The pullout bed was good as well. Access to the flat was simple.」

「This apartment was very nice and the location was amazing, very close to the metro but also walking distance to louvre and other top attractions. The area is very interesting and there are many dining options around. 」

「It’s not a fancy but very practical apartment. We traveled with adult kids so each had a separate space to sleep and having two full baths was very convenient. Location is great as one is within 2-3 km of major attractions. Louvre is at walking distance. Marco was very attentive to our needs and requests.」

The owner’s representatives at Pickaflat were not only kind and understanding but extremely accommodating and patient to answer our questions. The apartment was great, clean and the bed very comfortable but the host/staff gave us the feeling that we were among friends. Oh, and the best part - there was an iron! 」

「Sofia’s apartment is conveniently located close to the Arc de Triomphe. Clean and perfect for a stay close to public transportation, shops and restaurants. Communication was quick and helpful! Also, she and her cleaning person went above and beyond to help me when I reached out for assistance!! A wonderful location, very clean and super for our four night stay!」

「Beautiful flat, although the five flights of stairs to get there were a lot. I'm told most Paris buildings typically have elevators. Not this one. So that was difficult. Otherwise, it was fine but I would recommend the owners stock the place for appropriate needs. For a place as expensive as this one, it should have dishwasher and laundry soap, at a minimum, and maybe some sugar and espressos. Also, please invest in pillows as those provided cannot be called pillows -- they are flat as pancakes...

「L’appartement est propre et fonctionnel. Les propriétaires sont sympas et souples sur les horaires d’arrivée car avec le train nous arrivions à 22:30 mais cela n’a pas posé de problème. Seule chose à faire attention les escaliers pour monter à la mezzanine ne sont pas fait pour tout le monde. Mais pour nous tout était bien.」

「The place was exactly as advertised. It was clean and safe. It was exactly what we needed for our stay. The area is fairly quiet, though we’re used to noisy Chicago. It was challenging to shower, but we managed. The location is great! It is very close to the Eiffel Tower and the train. It was easy to get around Paris from this location. The host was courteous and provided clear instructions on how to access the place. We would certainly stay here again.」

「フランスらしい雰囲気、部屋は清潔で言うことなし。キッチンがあるので自炊派にはぴったり。部屋は素敵です。ロケーションも至便ではないけど許容範囲。 ただ問題はフロントが常駐でなく9時～20時なこと。自分は16時45分CDG到着のフライトで、ホテルにその旨連絡して了解の返事をもらっていたもののの、20時に間に合うか気を揉みました（結果的には余裕で間に合いました）。なので16時過ぎにフライトで到着の日は避けた方がよいかと。 そして9時にチェックアウトしようとしたら誰もいない！9時半にやっと来て、自分の前の客の対応に手間取ること30分、チェックアウトできたのは10時でした。急ぐ予定はなかったのでよかったですが、、 ここを予約される場合は上記のようなことがあることを承知されてください。」
