Ich schätze das Haus auf ca. 100 Jahre. Es ist das Endhaus einer Reihenhaussiedlung. Ruhige Lage mit Terrasse und schönem Garten. Dieser war auch bei unserem Hund beliebt. Der erste Eindruck des Parketts im EG war "etwas" abgewohnt und renovierunsgsbedürftige Fenster ect. Aber je länger wir vor Ort waren (9 Nächte) um so mehr lernten wir das Haus schätzen. Es waren diese super heißen Tage im Juni 2026. Das Haus selbst hatte eine noch angenehme Raumtemperatur. Der Kühlschrank und das darunter befindliche Gefrierteil* waren hilfreich. * Einen Pot Eis haben wir dort gelassen für die nächsten Mieter. ;-) Es war alles im Haus was benötigt wurde. Die Badewanne ist zum Duschen gut geeignet (nicht zum baden). Ich empfehle bei der nächsten Renovierung die Regale im Bad/WC anderweitig anzubringen. Ich bin mehrfach mit dem Kopf. Gerne kommen wir eines Tages beim nächsten Besuch in Lübeck auf diese Wohnung zurück. Nur am ersten Tag gab es Bedienungsprobleme mit dem Internet. Vermutlich lag dies an dem Anbieter denn danach war alles ok. Übrigens: ist die schwarze Garage der Anbau oder die letzte Garage in der Reihe (graue Tür)? Egal, wir parkten immer gut vor der Haustür.

Das Haus war wie beschrieben für uns sehr passend. Die Vermieterin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Service der Buchungsplattform sehr verwirrend! Ich habe über Fewo-Direkt gebucht, auch hiervon eine Bestätigung erhalten. Dann kam nochmal eine Bestätigung von Expedia mit einer anderen Vorgangsnummer. Sehr verwirrend. Die angegebene Service-Telefonnummer ist nicht existend. Mittlerweile wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es sich um eine Vrbo-Buchung handelt. Noch mehr Verwirrung. Dieses Procedere sollte verbessert werden!!!

10 Tage Urlaub

Wir haben hier 10 erholsame Tage verbracht. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und doch ist man in ein paar Minuten in Lübeck. Der Bus fährt fast vor der Tür. Ob zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto man kann viel entdecken und unternehmen. Kleines Manko war, dass am Esstisch nur 4 Stühle vorhanden waren, das Haus aber für 5 Personen ist. Doch wir haben einen aus dem Schlafzimmer genommen und schon konnten wir alle zusammen am Tisch sitzen. Ist alles Jammern auf hohem Niveau 😊. Wir empfehlen das Haus und seine Gastgeberin und kommen bestimmt wieder. Liebe Grüße
