「Everything was lovely great staff. Food was amazing. Spa was great fun. This was an early Christmas present to myself and hubby. Well it really made a change to do something like this. Had a great time 」

「Reception were spot on, courteous and helpful Room had air con on and we couldn't change it, asked reception and they resolved quickly. Facilities were excellent, clean and well presented. First time here, likely to go again. Only 2 negative points are signage, went to the pool, on the way changed in the first changing room, then go downstairs to the pool area to find another wet changing room, could have saved a wet me traipsing across the carpet, and the lift, there's a ground floor, lift has...

「Lovely accommodation above a local inn with very nice restaurant. Room was beautifully presented with both bath and shower room and bed was very comfortable. Food is served in a great restaurant, being part of the pub and clearly a favourite with locals. The menu was excellent with fish and meat courses and breakfast was equally as good. Very friendly staff, good food and wonderful room. The perfect combination! Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. 」

「We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. Ideally located for our Alton Towers trip. Lots of nice restaurants in Leek too. Apartment was very comfortable, beds comfy too with crisp white linen and towels. Good instructions for entry. Some more information about bins etc would have been good. WiFi was a bit iffy at times but didn’t hugely impact on us. Connection instructions weren’t correct but we worked it out eventually. Would consider staying again when next visiting Alton Towers. 」

「The hotel was clean and I had a very good nights sleep. There was plenty of parking and evening meal was good. Wi Fi was not very good and 8 had no mobile signal throughout my stay.」
