「We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. Ideally located for our Alton Towers trip. Lots of nice restaurants in Leek too.
Apartment was very comfortable, beds comfy too with crisp white linen and towels.
Good instructions for entry. Some more information about bins etc would have been good. WiFi was a bit iffy at times but didn’t hugely impact on us. Connection instructions weren’t correct but we worked it out eventually.
Would consider staying again when next visiting Alton Towers. 」
「The staff and the breakfast were amazing however the rooms have no shampoo (body wash is not going to do it for me), no lotion, no tissues and no phone. No phone makes it extremely difficult for overseas visitors to contact reception. Even the charming lady on reception who confirmed that these amenities were not offered in the hotel states that they were a budget hotel ‘but maybe not - we are quite expensive’. 」
「Excellent communication from host & easy check in with key lock. Room was spacious & comfortable for our family of 4.
The only negative was that we hadn’t realised that bathroom would be downstairs, which resulted in the kids being a bit anxious about going on their own, as it’s a shared house and they weren’t comfortable wandering around the house on their own with strangers. Not a problem for the adults, but the kids weren’t comfortable. 」
「I made a late booking, the hosts were very accommodating throughout the duration of my stay yet. The room gave nice independence. Good WiFi and had everything that I needed.

「So i suppose the price for a night isnt bad, but when youre expecting a whole apartment aslisted and there are others there, its not so great. Stood outside door for 20mins. Not easy to get key via access code( no email before) 2 towels for 3 people, 1 was damp, 1 had a brown 'stain' on it. Bedding old and worn. Headboards dubiously stained!!!!」
