Comfortable, historical apartment block "BHMS Lakeside Campus", 5 storeys. In the centre, in a central, busy position, 200 m from the lake, on a main road. In the house: reception, WiFi, lift, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Breakfast and half board on request (extra). Motor access to the house. Public car park at 200 m. Shop, grocery, supermarket, restaurant, bakery, café 100 m, pedestrian zone 100 m, bus stop "Löwenplatz" 100 m, railway station "Luzern" 800 m, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Nearby attractions: Löwendenkmal 200 m, Altstadt 200 m, Verkehrshaus 2 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Vierwaldstättersee 200 m. Please note: main road close by. The photo is just an example. An Wochenenden Brunch und Abendbuffet (extra) auf Anfrage möglich. Unterkunft wird auch von Studenten benutzt.
1-room apartment 21 m2 on 5th floor. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), cable TV (flat screen). (kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Shower/WC. Facilities: baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Large communal kitchen with oven, hobs and dishwasher is available for shared use. The accommodation is also used by students. This property does not have a kitchen.

Absolutely the worst place I have stayed in all of Europe

This is a hospitality and hotel management school that doesn’t understand hospitality or hotel management. The “staff” are all lazy students. The rooms are unused dorm rooms. There is no kitchen. It’s just a single room with a microwave and mini fridge. The pillows were probably as old as I am and super flat. They apparently couldn’t be bothered to find us more than 1. One of the sinks was cracked and unusable. The shower head was taped up and kept falling. The mattresses were awful. There were no toiletries. Elevator stopped working and we were on the 5th floor. There were many times there would be no staff at the desk. Not at all worth what I paid. Just spend a little extra and stay literally anywhere else. I’ve been to hostels in Eastern Europe that were better than this place. The only redeeming aspect was the location.

There seemed to be some confusion over our room we tried to rectify it straight away especially as there was no light in the bathroom, but no one was at reception desk. So was sorted next day. The room was changed and was more like what we had booked, it was clean but basic. Im not sure I’d go back there again. On Expedia it said you could get food at an additional fee. No such service. If I’m honest I was disappointed with it.

Die Unterkunft sehr günstig gelegen, nah zum Bahnhof, Seepromenade, Schiffsanlegestelle, Bushaltestelle, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Unterkunft praktisch, rationell, sauber. Es hat alles gestimmt.

NO help from staff. Wasnt even given hand soap for bathroom, and was shrugged off when we asked for it. Students tend to work here, and they do not know what they're doing. Our room was infested with ants throughout the bedroom and bathroom, and staff acted burdened by contacting housekeeping. Housekeeping was great to remedy the problem, and she was very friendly. Additionally, you couldn't flush toilet paper. This isn't a huge issue as we've been to Greece, but this was not communicated anywhere about the room before or after booking. This building is just dorm rooms for students that were bought to be rented out. They are not taken care of. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Luzern area. Stay very far away from BHMS.
